Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how Bodot Technology (“Bodot”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with MatterFit, our AI virtual try-on technology. Last updated: September 24, 2026.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the MatterFit website and to MatterFit experiences that link to this policy. MatterFit is an AI fashion technology product developed by Bodot Technology. It is not an e-commerce marketplace.
2. Information we may collect
The public MatterFit website is designed to be used without creating an account. If you contact us, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message. If a MatterFit experience asks for images, body-related inputs, or garment information, we will identify the purpose at the point of collection.
3. Image and virtual try-on processing
MatterFit may process user-provided images and related inputs to generate or improve a virtual try-on experience. We use these inputs only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the requested functionality, subject to applicable law and any consent presented in the experience. We do not use images for unrelated advertising purposes.
4. How we use information
We may use information to operate and improve MatterFit, respond to communications, protect service security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce relevant terms. We do not sell personal information.
5. Optional analytics and diagnostics
Analytics and diagnostics are off unless the user for that account explicitly opts in. When enabled, PostHog may process a UUID-based MatterFit user ID, a limited allowlist of product events, and crash and diagnostic reports. The setting can be turned off at any time in Settings; signing out or switching accounts resets the analytics identity. Your choice is remembered for the same account and is never inherited by another account. MatterFit does not use session replay or advertising cross-app tracking. Turning the setting off prevents future PostHog analytics and diagnostic uploads, but does not itself delete information already sent to PostHog or stop on-device crash handling.
6. Data protection
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, security, and operational requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. We may ask for information necessary to verify the request and retain limited information where required or permitted by law.
8. Children
MatterFit is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to provide consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent required by law.
9. Changes and contact
